I have some money in my Paypal account,I don’t want to withdraw it because wire transfer is too expensive and cheque is not convenient.So the best option for me would be buying with Paypal online.I don’t buy online regularly except recharging the China Unicom Prepaid SIM Card for my parents in China.I know taobao.com is the best place to buy such things in China but I still can’t pay by Paypal.That’s not my purpose to pay with Alipay.I kept searching and found that there is Taobao Agent.I tried one before I knew the sky high fees.I planned to order a ï¿¥20($3.2) recharge card for testing.After I submited the order information,the taobao agent(a site) asks me to wait for their comfirmation.Then I waited one more days.And I finally found that they wanted to charge $5.1 extra as fees.Obviously I can’t accept it since it’s more expensive that the item I needed.Any one knows how to buy/top up/recharge China Unicome phone number?Thanks in advance
